When you take out a support package with SpeechWrite Digital you will be issued with your own user name and password giving you access to a wealth of knowledge and information from our dedicated team of professionals.

 

web based support

We have launched our comprehensive support section of our website, and of course when you take out our support package you get full 24-hour access.

This section carries an FAQ section along with tips on how to get the best out of your digital dictation. Also an area to download user manuals and other valuable information.

We also have a live interactive remote connection which allows one of our dedicated experts a direct connection to the users pc who will be able to help you there and then (available Mon to Fri 9.00 to 5.00). Remote support connection is WEB based over a secure line and is password protected.

 

software upgrades

Occasionally manufacturers update software or firmware. As and when new software upgrades are made available, one of our technical support team will proactively get in touch with you to arrange how best we can integrate these with your system.

 

comprehensive telephone support

We understand that in business not all colleagues will have the same levels of expertise with regards to PC operation and new technology. Therefore, we have a highly trained office based support team who are dedicated to helping you and your users with their software, or any users who require further guidance in the use of their products. This is via a local rate help line that is exclusive to all of our supported customers.

 

on-site support

We also understand that at times, telephone support isn’t enough, and you need someone on site to sort out any software, hardware or user issues. If and when this is the case, SpeechWrite Digital will send one of our field based support team to your offices. This means, wherever you are based in mainland Britain, you have local support.

 

This is all part of the SpeechWrite way of doing business.


If you require extra user support after the initial training period, this can be arranged at your convenience, which may incur a reasonable charge. This, of course, will be agreed with you in advance.

Annual Support Package
The Annual Support Package from SpeechWrite Ltd entitles the customer to telephone support via the office based support line during the hours of 9am to 5pm. Web based support is available at www.speechwrite.com via the customers unique username and password. Each supported customer is entitled to one site visit by SpeechWrite Ltd Support Staff per 6 users per year as and when problems cannot be resolved via other methods. SpeechWrite Ltd is obliged to notify customers as and when software upgrades become available, and to supply these to the customer within due course. The Annual Support Package is chargeable per unit per year. SpeechWrite Ltd reserve the right to refuse technical support to customers who opt out of taking up this service. Supported customers are entitled to support as listed above for 12 months from invoice date. If the customer opts to not continue with support after the 12 month period has expired the customer will no longer receive support from SpeechWrite Ltd. The Annual Support Package does not cover additional training; additional training can be arranged and incurs a cost to the customer. The Annual Support Package does not cover installation; this is available as a separate charge. The Annual Support Package in no way covers hardware for failure or accidental damage; SpeechWrite Ltd will endeavour to ensure all goods within their 24 month warranty period are replaced within the manufacturers terms and conditions.
