Awards Galore
For the second year running, at the Philips Digital Dictation awards Speechwrite have beaten off stiff competition to walk away with the award for the biggest growth for Digital Sales for the second year running.

Andrew Davies (Speechwrite Managing Director) said “ We put this down to our customer focused commitment and our desire to support the customer through from the decision process right through system implementation and continue through to the support and after care.

Within Speechwrite, customer is King and will remain king.

2 Others awards were won by Speechwrite, the best Sales of the DPM Digital Portable, and again for the second year running the most Proactive Marketing Stratergy.

Andrew Grant Estate Agents, with 10 offices based in Worcester, and throughout the South West Midlands, providing Estate Agency Service for over 100 years, had decided the right way forward was to integrate a DigItal Dictation Workflow Solution within their offices to increase efficiencies throughout their business.
They carefully looked at most of the main providers of Workflow Solutions, and with very demanding criteria, and a list of benefits that they required for now and the future, wanted to come to a decision to quickly enhance the provision of Digital Dictation throughout their business.
Speechwrite were chosen by the IT Manager and the Board to be best suited to provide the solution for Andrew Grant for today and for the future, utilising the modular and easily incremented solution which is fast becoming the IT Managers choice.
The implementation of LAN Docking stations and the ability to work within a Citrix network helped to make it an easy choice for the business. The Workflow and Reporting functions will also help with the desired efficiencies within the company.

The recently merged firm of Stone King Sewell, based in Bath, Cirencester & London and having over 120 staff have been a customer of Philips for some years now, using their Pro based product over the three sites.
Speechwrite made contact with the IT Manager last September with an initial presentation offering their Enterprise Workflow Solution as an upgrade to the Pro solution.
After careful consideration, the IT team made the decision that the Workflow Solution from Speechwrite would be an excellent addition to the company, and started the roll out almost immediately, the successful implementation has now been completed.
The IT Team are now discussing with Speechwrite and considering which of the other modules within the Enterprise Solution could most benefit the company, and how best to implement to maximise the benefits within the organisation.

Speechwrite come the the Rescue

Staffordshire Fire & rescue made contact with Speechwrite in November last year, to source a Digital Dictation solution that would work within their Citrix environment, which is utilised service wide.

They had already looked at a few solutions, which they felt would not fit the bill and wanted to investigate other solutions on the market.
After the initial meeting with their IT Department and giving consideration to their particular requirements, we felt we had just the right solution.
Staffordshire Fire & Rescue were particularly impressed with the Philips Enterprise solution offered by Speechwrite, including the use of LAN Docking stations and an excellent workflow manager solution which could be centrally configured and managed via the impressive web based software.
Staffordshire Fire & Rescue wasted no time at all in having Speechwrite introduce a pilot system throughout the head quarters, based near Cannock, Staffordshire, for use with their management team.
They have been so pleased with the system and the ease of the implementation of the system that they have already placed their second order, to start the roll out to the sub division based around the county.
A quote from the Chief Fire Officer was excellent news for us, as he felt it would greatly benefit the service and further more increase the efficiencies within the service whilst also helping to meet the targets of becoming a more green service.

Consideration was given to many factors when Aviva decided they wanted to find a supplier to implement the change from Analogue Dictation to a Digital Workflow Solution, in fact they decided to see all of the major suppliers within a project team driven selection process.
Aviva had given careful consideration to features they required from the new system, as well as from any potential provider.
Some of the features they were looking for included,
• A Stable flexible platform
• Modular software based products
• A Blackberry Solution
They were especially keen on having a system that could grow as their business needs grew and changed, without requiring a system or software change.
From the head of the Project Team, The attributes they required from a potential supplier were the ability to be flexible, adaptable and supportive.
Aviva went through a long process of testing on there own test server based system and they came to the decision that Speechwrite were best able to provide what they were looking for, both in system requirements and in the provider.
They have been so pleased with the system and smooth installation process they have started the roll out earlier than they had planned, and plan to complete initial process earlier as well.
