SpeechWrite now offer Blackberry
and Windows Mobile digital dictation solutions
SpeechWrite are offering massive efficiency gains to dictation users with the new Blackberry and Windows Mobile digital dictation solution. Dictation can be sent for transcription from anywhere there is a mobile signal, thus ensuring users can keep on top of their workload, when they are away from their office and PC.
With much of the legal, medical, accounting, property and insurance industries using Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices to send and receive emails while on the move, being able to dictate and send it for transcription in the same way is set to transform the efficiencies of these already busy professionals.
With very simple and intuitive controls, adoption of these solutions is already showing signs of being high, because of the sheer benefits it can offer to remote dictation users.
Legal customers are saving £thousands trading in analogue for digital dictation with SpeechWrite
Since its launch in April 2008, SpeechWrite Digital have been able to save its clients thousands of pounds on the digital dictation solutions through their ‘Analogue Buyback 08’ scheme.
As part of this extensively popular programme, SpeechWrite have been buying back the analogue dictation equipment from clients when they move over to a new digital solution. While it was expected to be a successful incentive, its impact has take some by surprise. SpeechWrite Managing Director, Andrew Davies commented:
“we expected there to be a good take up of this offer, but not to this extent. I guess it appeals to our clients as it enables them to get some value out of paid for equipment that would have been worthless had they made the switch with someone else”
Running until the end of the year, there is still some time to take advantage of this offer. Should you like further details on this, please feel free to call on 0121 236 2626 or email info@speechwrite.com
