SpeechWrite Transport Arriva into the 21st Century
SpeechWrite ispeech have secured yet another in house digital dictation account at Arriva Transport based in Sunderland and Leeds.
After fighting off the challenges from both Bighand and Dicta Net – who had gone as far as installing a trial of their system – SpeechWrite were awarded the business on grounds of workflow benefits and ease of use for authors and secretaries alike.
This win further strengthens the company’s already strong position in the North East following the securing of business with Mortons Solicitors among others.
