JULY 2007
 |
SpeechWrite come
to the rescue |
|
 |
| SpeechWrite Digital have, for many years now, worked hard to develop and maintain a reputation for excellence in their specialist field of digital dictation and voice recognition. |
Therefore, they were more than happy to help when one of St Helen’s most established law firms, Tickle Hall and Cross was having problems with their digital dictation solution, contacted them following the advice of an impartial source. Their incumbent supplier of dictation equipment had helped the practice migrate from analogue to digital dictation back at the start of 2007, however, had quickly found themselves out of their depth, and unable to support their users to a satisfactory level.
It did not take long before the firm could no longer tolerate the disruption to its day to day running, before it had an impact on the excellent level of service they offer their clients .This is where SpeechWrite Digital stepped in. With years of experience in the field of digital dictation, Tickle Hall and Cross were back up and running in no time, and enjoying the full benefits of their investment.
If you would like to discuss digital dictation and your requirements,

SpeechWrite, again |
|

|
With much of the South Wales digital dictation market already using SpeechWrite Digital, it is no surprise that Bridgend based Accountancy firm, Clay Shaw Thomas have named the Birmingham based specialists as their supplier for their migration to this new technology.
Employing a mixture of portable dictation devices, desk based units and a telephone dictation system, SpeechWrite were chosen on two main criteria:
1. ability to cater for their varied requirements, and
2. the excellent reputation the company has with
many other South Wales organisations.

MAY 2007
| SpeechWrite Digital are sent to Coventry |
|
 |
High profile Coventry based law firm, Mander Hadley, have nominated SpeechWrite Digital as their partner of choice for digital dictation.
Having gone through a thorough and detailed evaluation of a number of digital dictation solutions, Mander Hadley made their selection on the basis of value for money, and ease of use. Something that had been seen as off putting with a number of competing solutions was the need to over complicate the way in which fee earners transfer their work to their secretaries.
Since the initial trial installation, the firm is now fully converted to digital dictation, and early results are said to be very positive.

APRIL 2007
SpeechWrite Digital Stealing
the Edge in Quarter 1 |
|
 |
Birmingham based SpeechWrite Digital have burst into 2007 with a real bang recording a fantastic flurry of new business wins, many of which were against fierce competition. Much of this success has been attributed to the flexibility of the solutions that SpeechWrite can offer.
Indeed, Managing Director, Andrew Davies commented: “Many of our customers want the option of a full digital dictation workflow management solution, but are not in a position to ‘roll out’ in one hit. We offer a solution that allows clients to do this, but at their own pace.”
New client wins include the likes of:
John Collins and Partners:
high profile Swansea based law firm employing
over 120 staff.
Mander Hadley: Coventry city centre based practice
Birmingham’s Royal Orthopaedic Hospital
And with Q2 well underway, this trend looks to be continuing with other high profile organisations looking to the flexibility of SpeechWrite Digital.

FEBRUARY 2007
 |
| SpeechWrite Announce Exciting New Exclusive Partnership |
 |
 |
SpeechWrite Digital are proud to announce their close working partnership with Swiss firm Calison. Having worked with Calison over recent months on their impressive digital dictation / workflow management solution the new partnership is set to take the UK dictation market by storm.
Calison, formerly Dictaphone IVS, identified SpeechWrite as being the perfect partner to shake up the UK market. SpeechWrite, historically known for targeting organisations of up to 100 users, is now fully equipped to cater for organisations of any size – the most notable recent client to select SpeechWrite is Royal Bank of Scotland who have recently installed an 800+ user system.
Having made a massive impact across continental Europe, the new system, namely Frisbee, offers customers something more than their typical digital dictation solution. Indeed, the ‘stand alone’ solution will provide benefits usually only included in systems of many times its price, with the option to extend it to full workflow management with reporting capabilities, or even voice recognition and telephone dictation when the customer feels the time is right.
So, with SpeechWrite moving into a new era, the company that has been the thorn in the side of some of the markets big players is set to be matching them blow for blow in the coming months and years. |

| RBS Choose SpeechWrite Digital |
|
 |
In what is possibly one of the largest digital dictation accounts of to be won in 2006, Royal Bank of Scotland have nominated SpeechWrite Digital to supply them with their brand new 800+ user digital dictation solution for their in house Legal and Commercial departments based in offices in Bristol and Chelmsford. The solution incorporated telephone dictation along with comprehensive work flow management.
While there were many rivals for this account, many were whittled away on the basis of suitability and the capability of coping with a client of this size. SpeechWrite were then chosen from the shortlist as being the supplier with flexibility to manage such a complex solution.
On being awarded this account, SpeechWrite Digital’s Managing Director, Andrew Davies, remarked that “to obtain the business of this scale from such a high profile company with such high expectations indicates to the market that SpeechWrite are serious competition, and can comfortably accommodate the needs of a larger client”. |
