Digital Dictation the way
forward
for O’Brien Surveyors |
|
 |
Working from 2 offices, O’Brien Surveyors were working with the classic scenario experienced by many firms who find themselves considering digital dictation – one office working to full capacity, the other with capacity to spare.
The downsides to situation like these could manifest themselves in issues such as increased stress leading to absences, money wasted on overtime, and inefficient use of resources.
While O’Briens may or may not have been prompted by one or a combination of these issues, the thing that was clear was that it was something that was to be rectified.
This is why SpeechWrite were invited to discuss possible solutions with them, and have now installed a Digital Dictation system that helps the firm run more efficiently. |
