Along with other suppliers Speechwrite were asked to present their system to the Management team and after considering the system and the proposing companies, have chosen Speechwrite as the vendor of choice.

Gardner Leader admitted they have been looking for something special form there proposed Digital Dictation System, and in fact had seen all the major suppliers of systems over the past 12 months.
Speechwrite Digital were as pleased as punch to be awarded the contract to supply and support the new system for the Newbury based law firm, after coming under stiff competition from many other potential suppliers with the sector.
Speechwrite Digital have installed the Enterprise System, which has many benefits over and above it competitors, including Concurrent license model to allow for flexible working cost effective supply, web outsource module allowing users to securely log in and download from any pc within or outside the firms secure network.
Gardner Leader have been impressed with the flexibility and the straight forward support that Speechwrite have been able to offer since the installation of the system.
The firm has made the move in one step to move all their 48 staff from Analogue to Digital using a mixture of Philips Speechmikes and Portables for the Authors and Transcribe for the Secretarial Support.

Wolverhampton based law firm R N Williams, have choose Speechwrite to be their provider of Digital Dictation,
Speechwrite were contacted and requested to install a small pilot for the company to evaluate the software and hardware, within one of their teams based in Wolverhampton, after two weeks of the pilot, the company decided that Speechwrite was the right company to go with and they decided to implement the system throughout their firm.
The company stated they based their decision on value and ease of use, plus the reputation of Speechwrite, as they had contacted some reference sites that Speechwrite had provided.

Having gone through a thorough and detailed evaluation of a number of digital dictation solutions, Mander Hadley made their selection on the basis of value for money, and ease of use. Something that had been seen as off putting with a number of competing solutions was the need to over complicate the way in which fee earners transfer their work to their secretaries.
Since the initial trial installation, the firm is now fully converted to digital dictation, and early results are said to be very positive. |

With SpeechWrite being named as one of two front runner’s,. the other being V7 Technology, the
account was awarded on the basis of ease of use and the comprehensive support and training plan
that was offered.

| Having successfully rolled out a Grundig digital dictation system to parts of the firm back in 2005, Gloucester based law firm Rowberry Morris has made the decision to extend it to the rest of the practice.
The five partner firm had decided to pilot the system across a smaller number of users to put it to the test before taking the plunge. |
With results of early testing positive, the decision to take the system firm wide was fairly easy. This particular system allowed the users to have greater control and flexibility of the distribution of their work, and the improved quality of the recordings has meant that secretaries have found it easier to transcribe.
With the roll out complete at Rowberry Morris, SpeechWrite's impressive list of clients in the Gloucestershire area continues to grow. |

Having already achieved the position of being a leading supplier of digital dictation in South Wales, SpeechWrite Digital have further strengthened their position following the decision of Carmarthen based law firm Morris Roberts to employ the Midlands company as their digital dictation company. Over recent months, SpeechWrite has developed and enviable client list in South Wales which includes the likes of Douglas Jones Mercer, Rees Wood Terry and Berry Smith.
Partners at Morris Roberts met with representatives from a number of Digital Dictation providers late in 2005, but opted for Speechwrite following glowing reports from a number of local customers.
